Spicy carrot cake filled with a sweet cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake with a raspberry filling covered in a beautiful sheet of marshmallow fondant. This cake $130.

Sticky Caramel Pecan Rolls

A delicious twist on a classic, these rolls are made with toasted pecans rolled up inside. Topped with a drizzle of delicious caramel sauce, cream cheese frosting and more pecans! Its a treat you won't want to miss! $24 per half dozen, $42 per dozen

Room Temperature Butter

It is very important in successful baking to use softened butter, unless the recipe specifies other wise. Leaving your butter out on the counter for about an hour before baking usually does it, but if you are running short on time I use a little trick to speed up the process...With the butter still in the wrapper (paper wrappers only, the aluminum kind does not work!) microwave the stick standing on its end vertically, on high for 10 seconds (Watch it closely, or you'll end up with a puddle of butter!)then flip it on its other end for another 10 seconds, and viola! Softened butter!

Measure exactly, Don't guess!

In baking, accuracy is important! When measuring wet ingredients let the liquid settle a level before making a judgement. With dry ingredients level of the top of the measure cup or spoon with the back of a knife, you may have heard this a million times, but trust me, it makes a difference!
